Insight or Governance — which do I need?
Pick Insight if you want to see what’s happening — which AI tools your team uses and where data is at risk. Pick Governance if you also need to block leaks, enforce policies and produce compliance evidence (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, SOC 2). Most teams that have a compliance obligation choose Governance.
Is it really per user?
Yes. €40/user·mo for Insight, €60/user·mo for Governance, billed annually. A user is one person with managed protection. Running a larger rollout? Volume pricing is available — talk to sales and we’ll size it to your team.
How will we be billed?
Directly by Tracehold — invoice and bank transfer, or another method agreed in your order form. There’s no third-party payment processor in the loop, so your payment details never leave Tracehold. Paid-plan sign-up and plan changes go through our sales team rather than a self-service checkout.
Why publish prices when competitors don’t?
